 Born in 1964. Graduate of the University of Gdańsk, Department of History, Department of Politics. MA in History 1988. MA in Politics 1990. PhD in History 1997.
Currently employed as a senior assistant and lecturer at the Department of Contemporary History and Political Thought, University of Gdańsk. 
His main field of interest is: International Relations in the 20th Century, Anglo-Polish Relations 1918-1970, History of the Intelligence Services.

Author of many publications including:
* Polityka brytyjska wobec problemu granicy polsko-radzieckiej 1939-1945, (British Policy towards the Problem of Polish-Soviet Frontier), Warsaw 1998.
